The Neon Pothos is chartreuse all the way through. No variegation, no patterns — just an electric, almost fluorescent lime green that reads brighter than almost any other houseplant color. In a dark corner it practically glows. On a shelf with darker foliage, it's the thing the eye goes to first. It's simple, vivid, and genuinely cheering to have around.
Epipremnum aureum 'Neon' has all the qualities that make Pothos varieties so beloved as houseplants — trailing habit, fast growth, tolerance of low light and irregular watering — with the addition of a color that most plant collections don't have. It grows quickly, fills space generously, and asks almost nothing in return.
This is the plant that changes the energy of a room.
Why You'll Love It
The Neon Pothos is one of the most effective ways to add color to an indoor space with minimal effort. The chartreuse is warm and natural-feeling — it doesn't read as artificial the way some bright-colored plants can — and it works as well in a modern minimal space as it does in a more layered, maximalist one. It's also one of the fastest-growing Pothos varieties, which means you get the trailing effect you're after quickly.

Good to Know
The Neon's color is most vivid in bright indirect light — in lower light conditions, the color shifts toward a more muted yellow-green. It's still beautiful, just less electric. If you want to maintain the full neon effect, give it a bright spot. Like all Pothos, it propagates easily in water and makes an excellent gift plant once established — a stem with a node roots in a week or two.
